ABOUT OUR CENTER
CCMHC provides mental health services to people of all ages, offering counseling, psychiatric assessment, medication management, crisis intervention, and other services to those experiencing serious mental illness and significant emotional disorders. We have psychiatrists, nurses, counselors, and others providing direct clinical services, as well as administrative staff who support the clinical mission.

to children, adolescents, adults of all
ages and their families. Our services
include assessments, individualized
therapy, group therapy, family therapy, infant and early childhood mental health consultation, co-occurring diagnosis treatment, medication services, and supporting rehabilitation
services.

The Catawba Community Mental Health Center has four convenient clinic locations serving children, adolescents, adults, and families in Chester, Lancaster, and York Counties.
PATIENT FORMS
Please complete and print all of your patient Intake Forms before you visit the center. If you have a virtual appointment, please complete all of your forms and mail them to us.
